Do I need to pack before you arrive?
Not with Complete Move. Leave your home as it is and start by calling us with the current and new addresses. We coordinate access and the agreed scope, then pack and label your belongings, transport them and organise the new home. Keep personal documents, medications and valuables with you.
Will my new home be arranged like my old one?
We use your room photos, labels and preferences to follow the previous arrangement where the new home allows. We agree in advance on which rooms and belongings will be unpacked and organised. Layout changes, specialist assembly and installation work must be discussed separately.
Is the calculator a confirmed price?
No. It uses illustrative planning allowances rather than approved company rates. The range is before applicable taxes and is not a booking or binding quote. Final pricing depends on the inventory, access, distance, packing requirements, date and agreed scope.
Can you keep my things while I travel?
Yes. We can arrange temporary storage until you return and coordinate delivery to your home afterwards. If you don’t yet know your return date or delivery address, tell us by phone. We confirm the storage period, access, charges and delivery arrangements with you before booking.
Do you offer containers and boxes?
Yes. Ask us about container rental and moving boxes for your move or storage needs. We’ll discuss quantities, rental arrangements and availability with you. These services are quoted separately from the moving calculator.
